Tanya Singhal

Clinic Director

Tanya is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 16 years of experience. She has worked in private clinics for about 12 years and in addition worked in various other settings like hospitals, retirement homes and nursing homes serving the senior population for over 8 years. Tanya is an Advanced Vestibular Therapist and certified to treat Vertigo and dizziness related issues. She is also skilled in treatments of various orthopedic and neurological conditions, TMJ dysfunctions, sports injuries, Falls prevention for seniors and post surgery rehab. She is an ADP authorizer and can assist with prescription of walkers and other home safety and mobility devices. She is also experienced working with young children with neurological and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. As a mother of two young kids herself, she has a caring, empathetic and fun way of dealing with children. Tanya believes in keeping her knowledge updated on latest researches and trends in healthcare through continuing education, courses, workshops and seminars. She has been a member of many interdisciplinary teams and committees and led various meetings, webinars and conferences. As an active person in her personal life, she emphasizes on the importance of exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.


Dr Ian Anderson


Dr Ian Anderson is well known in the Ottawa chiropractic community. He has been practising as a chiropractor in the Ottawa area for over 20 years. He earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Memorial Chiropractic College in 1996, following completion of his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 1992. Dr. Anderson’s reputation for working hard for his patients to treat the root cause of their conditions, is impressive. His clinical focus includes, but is not limited to, the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal and occupational injuries. His patients experience relief from whiplash, headache,repetitive strain, and sport injuries under his care. He is known in his patient circles as the ‘go-to spine and knee guy’. Dr. Anderson uses a blend of gentle treatments such as laser, soft tissue technique, microcurrent, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, manual therapy, exercise therapy, shockwave and spinal decompression therapy. His practice places a special emphasis on patient education and the provision of tools to patients to make positive lifestyle changes. He believes that by involving patients in their own treatment, control over best results will be in the patient’s corner. Ian and his wife Janice have 3 daughters. When not found at the local hockey rink being the “number one fan” for his competitive hockey playing children, he enjoys a good game of golf and a variety of leisure activities.


Weizhong Wang

Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Wang is a registered acupuncturist and herbalist. He completed his eight-year Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine program in China. Afterwards, he worked as a TCM Doctor in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM for 10 years, as well as an instructor and Director of a Student Clinic at International Acupuncturist Training Center pointed by World Health Organization. His services include Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture and Nutritional Herbology. He has special interest in Gastrointestinal Disorders. (e.g. Constipation, Diarrhea, Ulcers, Gastritis and Obesity.) Immune Disorders (e.g. Chronic Fatigue, Allergies.) Neurological Problems (e.g. Stress, Depression, Insomnia, Dizziness and Facial palsy.) Pain Management (e.g. Arthritis, “Frozen Shoulder”, “Tennis Elbow”, Headache, Back Pain, Migraine, Rheumatism, Sore Throat and Toothaches.) Dr. Wang is fluent in English, Chinese and Japanese. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his deep understanding of TCM philosophy, along with his background in Science. He always integrates the strengths of both Western Medicine and TCM in his treatments. Dr. Wang takes a patient oriented approach to his practice, believing that the role of the practitioner is to act as a guide and facilitate healing that comes from within. This can only be accomplished with the identification and treatment of the root of the disease.

Jacob is a graduate from Algonquin College where he received a degree in the PTA/OTA program. He also attended the University of Ottawa for Human Kinetics. Since graduating, he has been working with seniors in retirement homes around Ottawa, by running group exercise classes, doing one on one treatments, and engaging in his community. Jacob has a passion for improving the daily lives of his clients through meaningful and result oriented treatments. In his treatments Jacob strives to adapt his approach to every client on an individual level, while maintaining a flexible and adaptable training regimen to keep his clients engaged and motivated. In his spare time, Jacob enjoys playing recreational sports such as beach volleyball and indoor soccer and going on hikes in Gatineau.

In addition to these services, she also provides services such as eyebrow and face threading, hot stone body massage, makeup artistry as well as hair styling.
